Our Menu
At Olohana Brewpub, we put as much passion and intention into our menu as we do our beer. We believe that premium beer should be enjoyed with premium grinds. Our chef-curated menu is focused on our house-made pizzas. Starting with the highest quality flour, we ferment our dough for three days to maximize flavor. Each of our sauces are crafted in-house, and we shop toppings with quality and flavor in mind.
